More About Me
As a Staff DS @ Kard, i work on projects ranging from building scalable architecture and platform solutions for A/B testing and experimentation to personalization ML models and foundation modeling.
My core skills include applying advanced statistical methods, machine learning, time series forecasting, advanced experimentation and scaling for growth. I have successfully developed, deployed, and maintained data science programs for payment fraud, delivery fraud, AppleCare fraud, insider fraud, and Expedia's conversation platform, resulting in millions of dollars in savings, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced security.
I also have a strong academic background, with a PhD and Masters in Statistics and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. Always available to talk stats. Always.
I am passionate about solving challenging problems, creating data-driven products, and mentoring the next generation of data scientists.
Outside of data science, I enjoy trail running, traveling, hiking, photography, reading and exploring the PNW trails with my dogs (Moose and Fiona) and my husband.
